Customers may transfer this Agreement to a subsequent owner of the Vehicle only if within thirty (30) days of the change of ownership the customer provides the Administrator with written notification of the request to transfer including: Customer name, this Limited Agreement number, the date of the change of ownership, the new owners name, address, phone number and email address. This notification must be submitted to the Administrator, along with a transfer fee of thirty-five dollars ($35.00). Only a check or a money order payable to Capital Processing Systems, Inc. will be accepted.
